Shipping
Every order ships from our shop in Melrose, Massachusetts.

Processing time
In-stock items ship within [X] business days.

US shipping
We ship with USPS. Most packages arrive within 5 business days after they ship.

International shipping
We ship to every country offered at checkout, using Asendia USA. Delivery usually takes about 2 weeks. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees aren't included in your order total. The carrier will collect them when your package is delivered.

Tracking
We'll email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Lost or damaged packages
If tracking stops updating or your package arrives damaged, email jim@sherpamodular.com within 2 weeks of delivery and include photos of the box. We'll handle the carrier claim and make it right. Please double-check your address at checkout, because we can't cover reshipping costs if a package is sent to a wrong address.
